• The Craft Room reserves the right to reschedule or cancel a workshop, class or event at any time. In the event this should occur, you will be offered a workshop credit in the amount originally paid to use within one year of your original workshop date.  Once you choose a reschedule date, our regular cancellation policy applies.

• If less than 10 guests are registered for any given workshop, a Private Party workshop rental may take the date and time.  The pre-registered guests will have their registration transferred to a new date and time of their choice - pending availability.

​

• Upon check in to any workshop, class or event, all persons will be required to read, fill out and sign our shop waiver/non-disclosure agreement.

​

• We kindly ask that you arrive at least 5 minutes prior to your scheduled workshop or class.  Any persons arriving more than 15 minutes late of start time is subject to losing their registration for the workshop or class.  This will be decided based upon - at the discretion of The Craft Room -  which type of project or class the registration is for.  Any person that has a loss of registration due to lateness will not be granted a refund.

• Certain projects and classes have a requirement of 18+ years of age or must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.  Please check for age requirements on project/class prior to completing registration.  If age requirements are not followed at pre-registration, you will not be permitted to enter the workshop and a refund will not be granted.

• No person under the age of 21 will be permitted to consume alcohol anywhere on property.

​

• The Craft Room staff reserves the right to check for valid identification of any individual entering the workshop for age requirement purposes.  

​

• Due to the custom nature of our workshop, refunds are not granted. Registration cancellation for projects and classes made at least 72 hours prior to your scheduled time can be transferred to a workshop credit good for one year from date of registration. Deposits for private parties and events are non-refundable.

• Party Package cancellations must be made 72 hours in advance.  Cancellations will be issued as a Craft Room credit.  Any cancellations after 72 hours in advance will not be issued a credit.  Party packages are non-refundable.
